In the event that you are not the high bidder, the Cashier's Check deposit will be returned as a Cashier's Check; if wired into our custodial account, it will be cut into a check and returned to you. An additional deposit will be required if you are the high bidder, known as an Earnest Money Deposit, or EMD, to open escrow equivalent to 10% of the final purchase price.
